This policy covers VecteX News (news.vectexdev.com). The studio website, vectexdev.com, and each of our games have their own policies.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE. Vectex Developments is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
WHAT WE COLLECT. This website has no user accounts, no comments and no newsletter. You can read everything without giving us any personal data.
Cookies and analytics
ANALYTICS, ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT. We use Google Analytics to know how many people read us and which articles they read. It is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie notice. If you decline, or do not answer, nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
WHICH COOKIES. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which last up to two years and distinguish one visitor from another without telling us who you are. Google LLC processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under its own safeguards.
YOUR CHOICE IS REMEMBERED. We store your answer to the cookie notice in your own browser, so we do not ask again on every visit. This is a technical record, not a tracking cookie.
CHANGE YOUR MIND AT ANY TIME. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page to accept or decline again.
Other things you should know
EMBEDDED VIDEOS. Some articles embed official trailers from YouTube. They are loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, which does not set cookies until you play the video. From that moment, Google’s own privacy policy applies.
MARKET TICKER. The ribbon with the share prices of game companies is a TradingView widget. It sets no cookies, but to show the data your browser connects to TradingView’s servers, which receive your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing. Prices are delayed and shown for information only: they are not investment advice.
HOSTING. The website runs on a hosting provider that processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and keep them secure. The fonts are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
LINKS. Articles link to their sources and to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone, apart from the providers mentioned above and the authorities when the law requires it.
YOUR RIGHTS. You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
CHANGES. If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
